Using Environment Variables
Environment variables can be used on the LinkLaunch NT command line.
Environment variables must be surrounded by percent signs. For example:
LLNT \\%ACCTG%\apps\excel
In the example above, LinkLaunch NT attempts to replace the variable '%ACCTG%'
with a string from the environment. LinkLaunch NT replaces the variable before
it processes quotation marks. If the environment variable value includes
spaces, you must enter quotation marks on the LinkLaunch command line or in the
environment string itself.
Any part of the LinkLaunch command line can be replaced by an environment
variable (directory names, application names, drive letters, etc.). If the
environment variable is not set, LinkLaunch NT uses the variable name itself, without
doing a replacement.
