Mapping to an Artificial Root
LinkLaunch NT supports mapping to artificial roots. Enter a second set of
double slashes in the link expression to indicate which subdirectory will serve as
the artificial root. For example:
LLNT -pw:=\\{remote}\users\smith\\data
In the example above, the directory '\users\smith' on the specified remote
device is made an artificial root. Anything to the right of the second double
slash is treated as a normal path in a link expression. In this case the directory
on 'w:' would be changed to '\data'.
NOTE: Artificial roots are not supported on Microsoft networks.
